There is a small ranch in the mountains of the northwest where I raised sheep for over 22 years. What began as a hobby, and eventually turned into a livelihood, more or less went full circle and became more of a hobby again. Our sheep were bred for their extremely fine wool - a Ramboulet, Merino, Targhee mix - which weavers just love. Our wool was of the quality that fine suits are made of. I took pleasure in keeping back the very best bloodlines for our breeding stock. As in all things on this earth, death is part of life. Even after the death of a mighty ram, his strength, virility, and majesty can be seen in the horns he leaves behind. The horns are a reflection of his life - they are scarred from his battles with other rams and the length of his life is proportional to the length of his horns.
We do sell some of our ram skulls - all of which have horns that can tell a story. If you are interested in purchasing a ram skull, please contact me for more information. Prices vary depending on the length of the horns.
